Our range of English training programs build effective language skills through one-to-one or group tutoring, distance learning courses with regular tutor support, or guided self-instruction.

Each course is individually designed for the specific needs of the Company or Individual Delegate

• A typical needs analysis includes an oral interview which establishes a delegate's general language level and their strengths and weaknesses in specific areas. We may assess the individual's writing skills or in some cases, apply a standardised placement test. By consulting with the employee's manager we are able to develop an all round action plan that closes the individual's gaps in his or her language skills.
  
  
• Once the results have been analysed, a proposal is sent to the company
  with a course outline.
  
  
• Our language training is always flexible. It takes place at a time to suit you, at a place to suit you, often as close to your desk as possible in order to maximise your time! Our one-to-one-training programmes can be delivered just face-to-face or alternatively in combination with telephone and email support.
  
  
• If required, we are happy to prepare a distance-learning package for individual learners. Experience shows that adult language learners who learn and are able to apply strategies for becoming effective independent learners, enjoy taking responsibility for their own learning and as a result experience a real boost in their level of motivation.
